Cutting
We cut both by hand and fully automatic equipment linked directly to our Cad systems.
Plains, checks and stripes (Rigid and stretch) are all handled in accordance with style/client matching requirements.
Sewing
Our lines are set up with Fully Comprehensive array of high-end equipment -lockstitch, chainstitch and many specialised machines. (Pfaff, Durkopp, Reece, Brother)
Finishing
Garments are pressed and finished using Manual and semi-automatic equipment (Veit, Indupress and Macpi).
Warehousing
Our factories have large warehousing facilities for both raw materials and finished stock.
